The post-mounted operator ram units are available in hydraulic and electromechanical. The underground operator is out of sight. The sliding gate operator is perfect when space is limited.

Electro-Mechanical Gate – The Phobos 240 or 24V Kit
For an electro-mechanical gate with mounted motors suitable for residential use that uses 240V or 24V, the Phobos 240 or 24V Kit fits the bill. Benefits include locking motors, an 1800 mm maximum gate leaf width, a 200 kgs maximum leaf weight – all with an operation time to 90 degrees of approximately 20 seconds and a maximum number of operations per 24 hours of 60. The Phobos electro-mechanical gate kit 240V contains 2 Phobos 240V motors, 1 Altair control panel with built in receiver, 2 Mitto 2 transmitters, 1 pair of C130 photocells, and an antenna. The Phobos Kit for an electro-mechanical gate using 24V contains two Phobos 24V motors, one Libra MA control panel with built in receiver, two Mitto 2 transmitters, a pair of C130 photocells, and an antenna.
Our ORO Kit is an electro-hydraulic gate with mounted motors and is also suitable for residential use. It locks in the closed position and also has a max of 1800 mm gate leaf width. The maximum kilogram leaf weight is 180. The operation time to 90 degrees is about 20 seconds and it is built for 100 operations per 24-hour period. This electro-hydraulic gate kit contains two ORO motors, a Rigel control panel, an Intric receiver, two Mitto 2 transmitters, a pair of C130 photocells, and an antenna.
The Igea Kit has a mechanical gate post mounted motor allowing installation on larger pillars. With locking motors, it has a 2500 mm maximum gate leaf width without lock, 250 kgs maximum leaf weight, and an operation time to 90 degrees of approximately 15 seconds. In 24 hours, it will take a maximum of 100 operations. This 240V mechanical gate kit contains two Igea 240V motors, one Altair control panel with built-in receiver, two Mitto 2 transmitters, one pair of C130 photocells, and an antenna. The Igea BT Kit 24V contains two Igea 24V motors, a Libra MA control panel with built-in receiver, plus the transmitters, photocells, and antenna.
Need heavy duty hydraulic motors for commercial and industrial use? The solution is the P4.5 Kit / P7 Kit. There are two sizes. The P4.5 version with 4.5 motor has a 4500 mm maximum gate leaf width and an operation time to 90 degrees of around 30 seconds. The bigger P7 with the P7 motor has 7 thousand millimetre maximum gate leaf width. Its operation time to 90 degrees is 45 seconds or so. Both maximum leaf weights are 510 kilograms, a max of 500 operations per 24 hours, an electric lock required, with a slow down on closing phase. Both kits contain the Rigel control panel, an Intric receiver, 2 Mitto 2 transmitters, two photocells, and of course, an antenna.
The heavy duty hydraulic underground motors of the SUB R Kit Double (2500 mm maximum gate leaf width and a slow down open / close feature) or SUB Kit Double (2000 mm maximum gate leaf width) are suitable for domestic and commercial applications. Both have an 800 kgs maximum leaf weight and will perform 500 operations during one day. The ‘R’ has an operation time of 90 degrees in 9 seconds whereas the other takes 17 seconds. As well as the usual kit equipment described earlier, including the Rigel control panel, they come with CPS heavy duty foundation boxes.
Also with underground motors (mechanical), the ELI 250V Double is suitable for domestic applications. It has locking motors, a 2K millimetre max gate leaf width, not more than 300 kgs leaf weight, and will operate to 90 degrees in 12 seconds or so. One hundred operations a day is the maximum. Each gate kit contains the two ELI 250V motors, a foundation box, an Altair control panel with built in receiver, as well as the appropriate transmitters, photocells, and antenna.
The Lux GV Kit (Single or Double)This gate kit features a reversible hydraulic motor that is heavy duty. The Lux GV Kit for Single has a 3500 mm maximum gate leaf width, 300 kgs maximum leaf weight, and the maximum number of operations for any 24-hour period is 500. It will take about 28 seconds to open to 90 degrees. A lock is required. Each gate kit contains one Lux GV ram, a Rigel control panel, an Intric receiver, two Mitto 2 transmitters, a pair of C130 photocells and an antenna.
The Lux 2B Kit Double has heavy duty hydraulic motors with locking in open and closed positions, a 2000 mm maximum gate leaf width, 300 kgs maximum leaf weight, operation time to 90 degrees of 17 seconds, and a maximum 500 operations per 24 hours. As a double, the gate kit contains two Lux 2B rams.
Traffic Barriers
• Our selection of traffic barriers includes the BGV Traffic Barrier, which is a continuous rated traffic barrier with an aluminium boom length in three sizes (3000, 4500, and 6000 mm) or can be cut to suit. Booms are available in rectangular or round profile. The case is powder coated BFT red. Comes complete with pre-wired control panel, aluminium boom, and fixed rest or swinging leg.
• The VIR Traffic Barrier’s aluminium boom length for the VIR 30 is 3000 mm and for the VIR50, it is 5000 mm (and can be cut to suit). The booms are available in rectangular or round profile. Case powder coated BFT red, and complete with a prewired control panel, the aluminium boom, and a fixed rest or swinging leg.Garage Door Opener
• The EOS Garage Door Opener features a 600 Newton Motor and a chain and belt drive is available. It is compatible with the EElink protocol for fast installation and maintenance. Users appreciate the courtesy light and the slow stop feature, as well as the two year warranty. This garage door opener comes complete with 2 channel transmitters, which can also be used to operate gates etc. with a compatible receiver.
